Brian Poe Llamanzares, Ph.D., is an award-winning journalist, entrepreneur, investor, and public servant from the Philippines. Always on the lookout for new and exciting ventures, Brian has an expansive portfolio in fine art, retail, media, marketing, business development, investor relations, esports, property management, and blockchain technology. He has also recently published a book entitled “A Sustainable Future” tackling sustainability issues and catastrophe resilience. On top of all these, Brian serves as the Chief of Staff of Senator Grace Poe’s office. 

Aside from founding a media agency, Oracle Media Group, he is also the lead investor in the A3 Group of Companies, a frontrunner in content development, digital marketing, and event production. Brian is also the Founder and CEO of Time Master Watches and the co-founder of Unit 256, an art tech firm that aspires to make Philippine Arts accessible. Finishing third and receiving the Rookie of the Year award, Brian has gone on to compete in the country’s fastest race, the Seaoil Radical SR1 cup. 

Additionally, he is an advocate for volunteerism through Panday Bayanihan and actively serves Filipinos in times of crisis. His dedication to entrepreneurship and public service earned him his first international young leadership award in Nepal. He also continues to invest in advocacies such as mental health and education through his more recent partnerships with Mind You Mental Health Systems, Inc., a tech company that provides mental healthcare solutions for businesses, and WOOP, a scholarship-matching platform for financially challenged students. 

A modern-day renaissance man, Brian has achieved so much in such a short amount of time. His heart always belongs to the country and to the people. No matter what industry he is in, he continues to give back and serve the public.
